Human Resources Assistant
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment process by posting open jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing interview packets
- Help coordinate new hire onboarding paperwork to ensure a smooth transition for employee
- Assist with file organization and setting up employee record management system
- Provide assistance in preparing documents for meetings
- Assist with updates to Human Resources page on website
- General clerical office support
- Collaborate with HR Director on various special projects
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Required:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. Will also consider college student working toward a degree in Human Resources.
- One-year minimum experience in customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills Required:
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment with positive energy, drive, and determination
- Be able to work independently
Schedule:
- Part-Time position working up to 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule options available
