Benton County is in the Sixth Judicial District which includes:

- Jones
- Johnson
- Linn
- Tama
Monday
All District Court trials begin on Mondays.
Tuesday
Juvenile Court is held. This includes any Child In Need of Assistance Actions, Delinquency Hearings, and Termination of Parental Rights Actions.
Wednesday
Magistrate Court includes initial appearances, pretrials, and trials.
Thursday
District Court includes arraignments, pretrials, probation revocations, sentencings, plea hearings, etc.
Friday
Civil Court hearings and occasionally criminal proceedings.
